Fees
The fees for advocacy services are usually being agreed. In case that there is no agreement on the fee amount, Ministry of Justice Decree no. 177/1996 Coll. is to be used.
Our common practice is to agree either on a single lump-sum fee for the legal services provided in a single issue, or an hourly fee. In extraordinary cases the fee may be agreed as dependant on eventual success in the respective issue or litigation, as percentual share won for the client.
You may confide that the invoiced services will be documented by an overview of actions undertaken.
Jiří Konečný is a VAT payer and VAT is therefore being charged on top of the fees.
